After my diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease in July 2019 I felt like my policing career hung in the balance. I searched the internet to try and find some form of positive message but struggled to find anything relevant to my situation. Now, considerably further along my journey I feel like I have a greater understanding of Crohn’s and how it can impact me. This is a space for me to share my thoughts and maybe give someone else the positive message I was lacking.
